The Ministry of Defence of Ukraine continues to develop financial instruments to support the domestic defense industry. Since the launch of the concessional financial leasing program, 54 agreements totaling UAH 244.53 million have been concluded.

The Defence Procurement Agency DOT of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine has become the first organization in Ukraine's defense sector to pass a surveillance audit by the international certification body MSECB and obtain a certificate of compliance with the updated international anti-bribery standard ISO 37001:2025.

Ukraine lost over 345 soldiers in combat against Russia's Battlegroup Tsentr over the past day, in addition to losses in manpower and equipment on other fronts, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Tuesday.

The Council today adopted a set of eight decisions enabling the use of funds for Ukraine under the European Peace Facility (EPF). These decisions allow for the partial reimbursement, through the EPF, of military aid already delivered by member states, amounting to a total amount of €4.7 billion. They also provide additional financing for the EU Military Assistance Mission in Support of Ukraine (EUMAM Ukraine), amounting to a total of €230 million.

Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna said that he had received briefings from his Finnish and Norwegian counterparts on today's telephone call between the President of Finland and the Prime Minister of Norway and Russia's leader. The call addressed both Russia's war of aggression against Ukraine and broader issues concerning European security.

Norway is contributing 500 million NOK in energy support to Ukraine ahead of winter. The support is provided under the Nansen Programme and will help restore damaged infrastructure and ensure reliable operation of Ukraine's energy system.
