A Tanács az Európai Békekeret keretében elfogadta a harmadik, 15 millió EUR értékű kétoldalú támogatási intézkedést abból a célból, hogy megerősítse Bosznia-Hercegovina fegyveres erőinek interoperabilitását és hadműveleti készenlétét.

A Tanács részleges általános megközelítést fogadott el a 2028 és 2034 közötti időszakra szóló, a kultúrára, a médiára és a civil társadalomra vonatkozó új „AgoraEU” program létrehozásáról szóló rendeletről.

Az EU Tanácsának ciprusi elnöksége ideiglenes megállapodásra jutott az Európai Parlamenttel arról az új rendeletről, amelynek célja, hogy a kritikus fontosságú gyógyszerek európai ellátásbiztonságát fenyegető jelenlegi kihívások nyomán megerősítse az EU rezilienciáját.
