En Turquie, le parti au pouvoir, l’AKP de Recep Tayyip Erdogan, tient ce samedi 18 août son congrès à Ankara afin de renouveler la direction de la formation. En pleine tempête diplomatique et monétaire, le président turc va encore renforcer son emprise sur le Parti de la justice et du développement, une machine politique qui se plie désormais uniquement aux volontés du chef de l’Etat.

C’est le mariage qui fait couler de l’encre dans la presse autrichienne et même allemande, et pour cause. Aux noces de la ministre autrichienne des Affaires étrangères - proposée à ce poste par le parti d’extrême droite FPÖ - se rendra un invité tout particulier : Vladimir Poutine.

L’Etat trouvera les financements supplémentaires pour l’entretien des infrastructures afin d’éviter que des drames comme celui de Gênes ne se produisent en France. C’est ce qu’a annoncé ce vendredi 17 août le ministre de l'Intérieur Gérard Collomb. Pour cette année le gouvernement a déjà  augmenté de 100 millions d'euros les crédits pour l'entretien des ouvrages, soit 800 millions d'euros au total.
