A Tanács ideiglenes megállapodásra jutott az Európai Parlamenttel az erdőirtásról szóló uniós rendelet célzott módosítására irányuló javaslatról, 12 hónappal elhalasztva a jogszabály alkalmazásának kezdőnapját.

A Tanács következtetéseket hagyott jóvá a szív- és érrendszeri egészség javításáról, valamint a szív- és érrendszeri betegségek ellen megelőzésen, korai felismerésen, kezelésen és rehabilitáción keresztül történő küzdelemről.

A Tanács úgy határozott, hogy 2025. december 8-ig meghosszabbítja azokat a szankciókat, amelyeket 116 személlyel és 33 szervezettel szemben vetett ki az általuk a világ különböző országaiban elkövetett súlyos emberi jogi jogsértésekért és visszaélésekért.

A Tanács két új jogszabályt fogadott el a kiberbiztonsági jogalkotási „csomag” keretében: a kiberszolidaritásról szóló rendeletet, valamint az úgynevezett kiberbiztonsági jogszabály célzott módosítását.

Az EU Tanácsa jóváhagyta a Global Gateway 2025-re szóló vezérprojektjeinek listáját, amelyen 46 vezérprojekt szerepel.
